The counter spells

Bo Quiverosa and Colossaleapea are spells 3 and 4 in our library. While they don't put more marker cones on the court they do place counters on the game board. The Mage can spend these counters following a Spy's missed FGA, allowing elves to shoot arrows and giants to leap to block.
